Unworn pieces in their original condition and packaging may be exchanged for another size or colour within 14 days of delivery.

02How to request
Email yasmina.fechkeur22@gmail.com or call +971 52 633 3305 with your order number and the piece you'd like to exchange. We'll arrange the next steps with you.
03Condition
Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all tags and the original pouch or packaging.
04Damaged or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
05Delivery costs
Delivery charges for exchanges are the customer's responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
