Customer Care
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with Pray Easy and how we use it.
Last updated September 2026
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, along with the pieces you order.
When you contact us we keep the details you share in your message. Your bag and wishlist are stored only in your own browser.
We use your information to process and deliver your order, contact you about delivery and payment, answer your questions and, only if you ask, share news about new collections.
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is needed with our delivery partners so your order can reach you.
Your order details are stored securely and kept only as long as needed for our records and for legal and accounting obligations in the United Arab Emirates.
Our website uses only the essentials needed for it to work, such as remembering the contents of your bag.
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to yasmina.fechkeur22@gmail.com.
