- What sizes do you offer?
- Our core pieces are cut generously in one-size and two-size fits designed to fall loosely over any outfit. For a closer fit, we offer made-to-measure through the atelier.
- Which fabrics do you use?
- Breathable viscose for at-home pieces, a wrinkle-resistant blend for travel wraps, and premium matte crepe for evening. All are chosen for opacity, drape and comfort in Gulf heat.
- How should I care for my garment?
- Cold gentle machine wash or hand wash, hang to dry in shade, and press on low if needed. Travel pieces are designed to need no ironing at all.
- Do you ship outside the UAE?
- Yes. We ship across the GCC and worldwide, with complimentary shipping throughout the GCC. Delivery is typically 2–4 days in the UAE and 5–10 days internationally.
- Can I return or exchange a piece?
- Unworn pieces in original packaging can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Bespoke and made-to-measure commissions are final sale.
- Do you take bespoke orders?
- We do. Share your measurements, fabric preference and timeline through the contact form or WhatsApp, and we'll respond with options and lead times.
- Do you supply boutiques?
- Selectively. We work with a small number of stockists across the GCC and Europe — write to us for the wholesale line sheet.
